Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please mark your parcel as RETURN.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Condition of Returned Items

If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original packaging beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the item from your refund.


Promotional Gift Items

Some orders include complimentary promotional items, such as booster packs (valued at up to €10) and/or UV protective sleeves (valued at €5). These items must be returned together with the main product.

If promotional items are not included in the return, their respective values will be deducted from your refund:

  • Booster pack: up to €10
  • UV protective sleeves: €5

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
