Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship all orders using tracked delivery via PostNord.

🇸🇪 Sweden

  • Shipping cost: 49–69 SEK

  • Free shipping: Orders over 500 SEK

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Shipping cost: 99–149 SEK

  • Free shipping: Orders over 800 SEK

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

🌍 International (Rest of World)

  • Shipping cost: 149–199 SEK

  • Free shipping: Orders over 1000 SEK

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days


Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons). We appreciate your patience in such cases.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Packages
