1. General Information These Terms of Service govern your use of tcgcase.co and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms. 2. Products We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that product colours or images accurately reflect the physical product.
3. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.
4. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in EUR or SEK and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely and your order will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU) As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@tcgcase.co before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
6. Returns and Refunds Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Items that are damaged, used, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
7. Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Customs and Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TCGCase / SR Ventures AB and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
